You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this
software. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license
agreement and warranty.

These terms and conditions apply to the all parts of Aurigma Image Uploader Dual
including (but not limited with) ActiveX control, Java applet, any accompanying
documentation, and demo applications (referred to as "Software"). The following
is applicable to the Software:

For All Versions
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Software is the intellectual property of Aurigma Inc., and may not be copied
except of backup purposes or cases provided by the terms of the license.

Back-engineering of any version of this Software is strictly forbidden. All
kinds of debugging, hex decoding, loading into editor or altering of the product
for distribution by illegal means will be discovered through active search.

You are not allowed to modify digital signature identifying the Software
vendor (i.e. Aurigma Inc.) until we explicitly permit it.

You are also prohibited from distributing the Software and/or documentation with
other products (commercial or otherwise) if the license does not allow it
explicitly.

In case of granting your rights to a third party you are obliged to stop using
the Software at all and erase all its copies. A license cannot be transferred
to third parties without written permission from Aurigma Inc.

Aurigma Inc. does not response for the site content/results of application work
though.

For Beta Version
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You may not distribute Beta versions of the Software. You may provide links to
the source http://www.aurigma.com. You may not sell beta versions of this
software. License for Beta versions will lapse as soon as Release version
becomes available for sale.

For Trial Version
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You may make as many copies of the Trial version of the Software as you wish.
You may also distribute them freely. You may not charge anyone for distributing
the Trial copy. The Trial copy must be in its original untouched form. No part
of the program or documentation may be changed.

For Development/Staging Environment Licensed Version
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You may use the Software with IP or domain name of your development or staging
server. You can use the Software SOLELY for development and testing purposes.
In particular, you cannot use the Software for commercial purposes.

For Single Domain Licensed Version
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Single domain license grants you a non-exclusive right to use the Software with
single fully qualified domain name (FQDN). Note, this license does not work for
sub-domains. Therefore if you get a license for DomainOfYourSite.com, you cannot
use Software at Subdomain.DomainOfYourSite.com. The only exception is
a www subdomain: www.DomainOfYourSite.com and DomainOfYourSite.com are
interpreted as the same domain.

For Single IP Licensed Version
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Single IP license grants you a non-exclusive right to use the Software
with a single server with given IP-address. You can use the Software
with unlimited number of domain names which are mapped to this IP-address.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES
AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which
Software may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

You must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY
OF AURIGMA INC. WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
OF PURCHASE PRICE.
